I think, technically, the AAS didn't increase its budget so much as learn that it had $200,000 in its reserves. Could this be verified and corrected? --Jgang09 12:22, 27 October 2006 (EDT)

Yeah, the Deans' office informed them of the total of all the budget surpluses for the past several years. I think the Senate is eyeing that money though, for trying something big.
